Roster – Online Registration and League Management

About: sgSports exists to provide technology services and support to sports-league volunteers through our flagship product, the Roster registration platform. The project lead has extensive experience in the administration of multiple sports leagues in Eastern Ontario, currently holding the roles of Treasurer and Registrar in the Rideau Youth Football League.

Project: Sterling Grace Technologies developed a comprehensive league registration and management platform, allowing for paperless registration, online payment and account management, registrant communication tools and comprehensive reporting. The platform is priced according to the number of registrants, allowing it to easily scale from single teams to multi-conference leagues. The platform is currently deployed using Google App Engine, leveraging the power and performance of Google’s world-class infrastructure.

We also constructed the sgSports.ca website, including a webinar module offering online training to the various organizations using Roster.
